CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Keke's Nail Studio! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Booking A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit may be transferred one time within 30 days if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received and all required booking information has been completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling In-Studio Appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Mobile Appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), including the travel fee. You may reschedule once without forfeiting your deposit if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the deposit one time within 30 days or request a refund. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Two no-shows may result in the permanent loss of booking privileges. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and applicable cancellation fees may apply if the appointment cannot be completed. Forms & Consent All required intake forms, waivers, and consent documents must be completed before your appointment. Failure to complete required forms before your appointment may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. Appointment Approval Appointments may be declined or canceled if booking information is incomplete or inaccurate. Services may also be declined if your nails present a condition that is unsafe or unsuitable for service. Emergencies Deposit refunds for cancellations are considered only in limited circumstances, such as hospitalization, a serious medical emergency, or the death of an immediate family member, and documentation may be required. By booking an appointment with Keke's Nail Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
